Right on Spec.
When tolerances are critical and complex shapes are needed, Thiel Tool & Engineering has proven to be one of the best partners our customers have. We readily accept challenges other stamping operations turn down or fail to solve.
Advanced CAD systems give us the precision to schematically simulate each progressive step of the die stamping process. Then we’ll “solids model” the part in three dimensions before taking it to the production floor for the initial run.
It is not uncommon for our engineers to exchange engineering strategies with our customers’ engineers to streamline and agree upon part concepts and proposals. This concurrent engineering consistently generates the most efficient, durable, and economical engineering. As a result, we are able to:
Reduce engineering time
Cut engineering-to-production schedules
Reduce costly engineering changes
Guarantee customer involvement and satisfaction
Our ability to partner with customers in the engineering phase is a critical first step in our turnkey process of progressive die stamping part generation. It’s just one of the many value-added services that set Thiel Tool & Engineering apart from ordinary metal stamping plants.
